1. What PriceMyMeal Is

PriceMyMeal is an independent price comparison service for fast food and restaurant chains. We collect and display price data from publicly available sources and user submissions to help people understand and compare food prices across different countries.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant chain, brand, or franchise shown on this site. All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Price Accuracy

Prices shown on PriceMyMeal are for informational purposes only. They are sourced from third-party price tracking services, delivery platforms, and user submissions, and may not reflect the exact price at your local restaurant. Prices vary by location, time, promotional offers, and ordering method.

We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information. Always confirm prices directly with the restaurant before ordering.

3. Price Check Submissions

PriceMyMeal includes a voluntary "Price Check" feature that allows users to submit price corrections along with supporting photo evidence. By submitting a Price Check, you agree to all of the following:

• Ownership. The photo you submit is your own original image. You took it yourself, or you have full rights to share it.
• Accuracy. The price and information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and reflects a genuine, current price at a real restaurant location.
• No personal data. You have not included photos containing other people's faces, names, payment card details, or any other personal or sensitive information. If such information appears in the image, you have obscured it before submitting.
• No inappropriate content. The image contains only relevant menu or receipt content. You will not submit indecent, offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate images. Doing so may result in your submission being reported to relevant authorities.
• Licence grant. You grant PriceMyMeal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and store the submitted content solely for the purpose of verifying and updating price information on this site.
• No compensation. Submissions are voluntary and you will not receive payment or reward for contributing price data.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or disregard any submission at our sole discretion. We process submitted images privately and do not publish them on the site.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use PriceMyMeal to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated price information
• Upload malicious files, harmful code, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The PriceMyMeal name, logo, site design, and original written content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or republish them without our prior written consent. Price data itself is factual and not subject to copyright protection, but our compilation, organisation, and presentation of that data is.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceMyMeal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on price information displayed here.
